Scott's Hospitality

Accessibility

A site built for everyone.

Our commitment to accessible web design across every Scott's concept — and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.

Our commitment

Scott's Hospitality is committed to making every site in our family usable for everyone, including guests who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. We treat accessibility as part of how the sites are built — not as an afterthought.

The standard we follow

The Scott's Hospitality family of sites is designed and maintained to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the technical standard most commonly referenced for accessible web design in the United States.

Our sites were most recently audited against WCAG 2.1 AA on June 24, 2026, using the axe-core accessibility scanning engine — the same engine used by professional accessibility consultancies. We re-run that audit whenever significant content or design changes are made.

  • ·Keyboard-only access to every interactive element
  • ·Descriptive alt text on photos and images
  • ·Form fields with associated labels
  • ·Page titles and landmarks for assistive-technology orientation

Have a problem? Tell us.

Accessibility is a moving target — every time we add new content there's a chance we missed something. If you encounter a barrier on any of our sites, please let us know so we can fix it.

Email [email protected] and a member of our team will follow up.

Scope note. This statement covers the Scott's Hospitality umbrella site, Scott's Seafood San Jose, Scott's Ballroom, and Scott's Provisions. Scott's Social Club is operated by a third-party platform partner; their site follows that vendor's own accessibility standards. Some embedded services (OpenTable, Toast, Google Maps) are hosted by their respective vendors and follow those vendors' standards.
